The maximum width for embroidery is 25cm. For print the maximum width we can produce is 30cm. The height of your logo or image will automatically be scaled based on the width by our expert team and we will issue for approval before commencing with your order.

Positions we can print and embroider

We offer a variety of embroidery and print positions to give you maximum flexibility for your purchase; the positions available depends on the garments you select and each garments positions options are shown in our customiser. Popular positions include left or right chest, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back plus many more. If the positions available aren’t quite right, just contact our team before placing your order for help.

File types we accept

You can upload your image or logo file online in our customiser during the ordering process. We accept the following image types: jpg, jpeg, gif, bmp, ai, eps, ps,png, psd, svg, tiff, tif. The maximum size file you can upload per logo is 100mb.

Image transparency

Don’t get concerned about logo transparency, Our expert team is used to removing the background from artwork files before production and by default this is what we will do. If certain areas of your design should be transparent, the easiest way to avoid any confusion is to upload your image with transparent sections and detail any requirements in the additional information boxes when you order. Many file formats support transparency such as png, eps and svg.

Artwork quality

Its always best to provide the best quality image of your logo as this will return the best results and not delay the order process. We generally ask for files to be 300 DPI or higher. If you upload a file that is too low quality to print or embroider, we will contact you to discuss how best to proceed.

Printing and embroidery limitations

There may be certain limitations in all manufacturing processes, and this is dependent on the customisation type you select. Certain designs cannot be embroidered, such as those with colour gradients or very intricate designs. We will contact you to discuss options and support you in getting the best results.
