Embroidery Central will endeavour to dispatch your order within the chosen delivery option chosen within the checkout process, subject to it being in stock.
For embroidered and heat transfer printed goods please allow 10-14 working days subject to goods being in stock. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you.
All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days (Mon – Fri).

Orders to the UK Mainland will be delivered using DPD or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will be charged at £4.95 plus VAT for all orders under £149.00 excluding VAT.
All orders of above £149.00 qualify for free delivery anywhere in UK mainland.
Orders to the Highlands and Islands & Northern Ireland will be delivered using DPD or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will be charged at £13.95 (N.Ireland) / £14.99 (Highlands and Islands) plus VAT for orders up to £199.00 (ex VAT). Orders over £199.00 (ex VAT) will be delivered FREE of charge.
Using DPD you will be sent an email advising you of when to expect your delivery and you can track the parcel as the driver does their rounds. If you are unable to accept delivery for any reason follow the link in your DPD email to either leave with a neighbour, leave in a safe place or re-arrange delivery for another day.
All deliveries will require a signature on receipt. Therefore, please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If no one is present, the couriers will attempt to deliver with a neighbour. If there is no neighbour to accept the delivery, they will leave a calling card with a telephone number, which you will need to call to re-arrange a convenient delivery time.
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and we trust that you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the products, in any way, they can be returned to us following the simple steps outlined below:
Before returning any items; it is absolutely essential that you send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and obtain a unique Customer Returns No. from us before you send the goods back. Please make sure that you include your Invoice No. in all correspondence. On receipt of your email, our Returns Department, will contact you with advice on how to send the garments back.
We will accept returns up to 14 days after the invoice. Please note that this is for non-embroidered items only and if it is after 14 days, these returns will be subject to a 30% Restocking Fee. Please Note: The original cost of the carriage is NOT refundable. We will only accept embroidered items back if the item is faulty with a manufacturing defect. If you wish to return an item back to us you must clearly state your Invoice No. Please note that we will not accept any returned items without this information.
If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly, we will happily reimburse the cost of the return postage and would ask that you kindly enclose a receipt for the cost of the postage. You will be responsible for the item(s) until they reach us. For your own protection, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure delivery service.
All goods must be returned in good, clean condition and folded back up in their original packaging with tags and labels on. You will have to cover the cost of postage back to us and, if you wish to exchange the item(s), there will also be a subsequent postage charge to send out the replacement item(s).
